When do you launch?

We are preparing the launch. Leave a request and we will write to you as soon as sales start. The request is free and does not commit you to anything.

How much will it cost?

We will announce prices before the launch, and people who left a request will be the first to know. The passport or ID card fee is paid at the center separately, at its own rates.

Are you an official SE «Document» service?

No. «Cherga» is an independent service of BezKordoniv OÜ (Estonia). SE «Document» and its Passport service are not affiliated with us. You can always book yourself for free on the center's website.

Do you guarantee a booking?

No, nobody can guarantee a slot: slots are managed only by SE «Document» and often disappear within minutes. We help you learn about them quickly and not miss them.

Why Diia.Signature — do you log into my Diia?

The Passport service confirms bookings with Diia.Signature or BankID. In «Assisted booking» you confirm the booking yourself on your phone. We never log into your Diia and never get keys, passwords or codes.

What about consulates (e-Consul)?

There is no service for consulates: e-Consul rules do not allow intermediaries. Please book at e-consul.gov.ua yourself. We only work with the Passport service of SE «Document» (pasport.org.ua).
